Cancellation Steps

Since we are not asking for a deposit until arrival, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. 5 minutes after the appointment will be considered late.
(2)
Once considered late, the equipment may be given to someone else due to our especially high rental demand this summer.
(3)
If you do need to cancel, please give us a call and let us know at least an hour in advance. Your participation in canceling early will be very helpful in keeping our customer service high.
